Micro-essay #2

"Reality" is a term in which I see the same way as I see the term
"literature". For some people, reality is something you can physically touch,
and for others, physical realness has nothing to do with it. we, as human
beings, can never judge reality like "judging a book by its cover". Reality i
snever what it really appears to be, it's always something different to
different people. People from different cultures see many abstact things (to
us, at least they are abstract) as being reality, and a huge part of their
culture. For example, in the film that we watched in class, we saw a woman
being accused for being a witch because so many unusual things were happening
to her and to people around her. Back then, the accusations of witchcraft were
quite common. If today, we started accusing people of being witches, we would
not only be looked at like we were crazy, ourselves, but not one person would
believe it. This is a type of reality that we cannot relate to today. Even
today, different people and cultures believe different things, but we are all
living here in September of 1997, yet there are billions of realities for each
individual.
