We have selected several hotels in the area with a range of costs and accommodations. The hotels are 2-3 miles from campus; shuttle service will be provided throughout the time sessions are scheduled on campus. We have also reserved residence hall accommodations on campus.

Residence Hall Accommodations:

The residence halls are within easy walking distance of the locations where conference sessions will be held. A place is provided on the conference registration form for reserving your residence hall accommodations. Accomodations are available from Wednesday, May 15 through Sunday, May 19th. The costs for these accommodations with the nature of the full-service service provided follows:

Full Service: This service includes sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, washcloth, towels, and soap. Towels will be exchanged daily and beds will be made.
$17.70 double occupancy, per person per night (for a three-night total of $53.10/person).
$26.62 single occupancy, per person per night (for a three-night total of $79.86/person).
For those who drive and stay in a residence hall, parking in the residence hall lot is free.
