Teaching Schedule:
Teaching Interests:
My teaching interests are interdisciplinary and absolute, which is why I truly enjoy my  duel roles of writing instructor and faculty developer. The combination of these two roles informs my practice in a continual loop that I then get to share with other practitioners.
Research Interests:
My primary research interest is in user information behavior and how technology is influencing the ways we read, write and communicate. Other areas of interest are adult learners, learner-centered practice, and the effective use of information technology in all course modalities.
I currently hold degrees in English, Library & Information Science, Liberal Arts, and Fashion Merchandising & Management. I am scheduled to begin coursework in the Doctorate of Higher Education Administration here at ISU during the Spring 2014 semester.
Selected Publications:
As a faculty development professional, the majority of my writing is in program development, authoring RFPs and scripting course and workshop sessions. I also contribute to department newsletters and serve as editor and researcher for colleagues as they pursue doctorates, grants or write for scholarly publications. I hope to expand my writing to a wider academic audience as I enter the EAF PhD program here at ISU.
