Come Visit Us at the Homecoming Game
Each year, the English Department hosts a tailgate party during ISU football's homecoming game. The Department provides grilled food and beverages and many faculty and staff attend.

Would you like to learn more about what is happening in the English Department? We are in the process of devleoping a listserv for alumni and friends of the English Department so we can keep you informed about events and accomplishments in the Department.

Students have the opportunity to get invoved with the Alumni Association while still attending Illinois State! The Student Alumni Council offers services to help students learn more about Illinois State and build a life-long relationship with the University while still attending school.

We want you to know that you are welcome to attend many events hosted by the Department each year. Check out our calendar for a listing of upcoming events.
Ways You Can Help
One of the goals of our Department is to keep our alumni involved. Most importantly, this means staying in contact with people. Checking in with former professors or offering advice and guidance to current students are great ways to stay involved in the life of the Department.
