Instructor Evaluation Standards and Criteria
Students generally like to know what criteria is being used to evaluate them and how much each criterion is worth. While grades should not be the focus of a course, the fact that academics have to turn in a roster with grades on it at the end of the semester mandates that there be some way of assessing student work and progress.
