Faculty Members Receive Prestigious Grant Award
Congratulations to Dr. Hyun Sook Kang and Dr. K. Aaron Smith who received a $10,000 award from the Language Learning's Small Grants Research Program. Their proposal, entitled “The asymmetry between English free relatives and embedded questions in second language acquisition,” was recently selected by the Board of Directors of Language Learning.
A peer reviewer wrote that the study has implications from both a research and pedagogical perspective and expressed confidence, based on the training and prior publications of both authors, in their ability to carry out a well-justified study.
