ISU Sigma Tau Delta Receives University Award

Each year the Student Involvement Center and the Student Alumni Council co-sponsor the annual Student Involvement Recognition Ceremony to recognize Illinois State students and registered student organizations/advisors for excellence in student involvement.

At this year's April 17 Ceremony, Sigma Tau Delta received the University's award for Outstanding/Educational Program of the Year for the English Studies at Large Conference held last February.  This award recognizes programs that concentrate on a specific academic/educational discipline or topic to further knowledge in that area and encourage dialogue and learning among attendees.

Congratulations to all the participants in this event and especially to Erin Frost and Gretchen Frank for planning and organizing the conference.
