Advising Forms
This page offers a collection of advising forms for all English majors and minors, including suggested plans of study and course requirement checklists. These forms are designed to help students through the advisement process. Students should download the Checklist and Plan of Study forms for their major or minor and fill them out before meeting with their English Department Advisor. Once students have completed the forms, they should schedule an appointment with the appropriate English Department Advisor.
The admissions process for the English Deprarment takes place near the start of each semester. For the current deadlines for admission, please check the English Department's Undergraduate Program home page.
