Professional Speaker Series:

Professionals, in the field of publishing, visit the Publications Unit in person or virtually, lecture on a pertinent topic, and finish with an in-depth Q&A session with students.

Pub. Unit Presents:

This event embraces the interdisciplinary English studies model of the English department by inviting writers who are editors as well who are writers to talk about how those roles overlap during an afternoon chat at the Publications Unit and a public reading of their work on the campus of Illinois State University in the evening.
